The Scholastic Assistance Program for Global Education (SAGE) Web Site, http://sage.tamu.edu/ was created by the Texas A&M University CIBER to to assist both students and teachers by providing access to a wide variety of information via the Internet. The web site provides curriculum development and guides that focus on economics, social studies, and global cultures as well as screened links to other educational sources on the web. In addition, the SAGE Program provides workshops for K-12 teaching training as well as pre-service K-12 teaching training.
SAGE also co-sponsors the Young World Scholars Program, a geography and cultural awareness program for K-12 students and teachers across Texas and surrounding states conducted at the The International Center at the Bush Presidential Library Complex.
