OverviewThe increasing globalization of the contemporary business environment puts firms under competitive pressure to change and adapt to new technologies and markets. To gain global reach, firms seek to hire students who are culture-sensitive and internationally knowledgeable. The International Business Certificate provides the knowledge base and international exposure that students need to meet these modern business challenges. International Business Certificate RequirementThe International Business Certificate will be awarded to Mays MS students who meet the following academic requirements in the sequence given below.
Two options are available for Mays MS students to fulfill requirement#2 above. Option 1: Summer session between the first and second year of the MS Program.
The first 3-credit hour international business course (two-week segment) will focus on European Culture and Environment and will be conducted at EDHEC’s Nice Campus.
