From 8:30 to 9:45, Meet the Editors Session I in the opening classroom (N3-1) for all participants. |

From 10:00 – 11:00, the authors with advanced papers will meet the guest editors in the study areas outside the classroom (marked with green in the center area of the floor map). |

| From 10:00 – 11:00, Authors of paper ideas will attend the 2nd Meet the Editors session in the opening classroom (N3-1). | |
| From 11:15 – 12:25, Paper ideas will be presented in five sessions chaired by JIBS editors and attended by all participants in designated large classrooms (opening room and four other similar rooms). | |
| At 12:30, the program will conclude in the opening classroom (N3-1). | |
