The Department/Organization must notify CIRT before the travel event by submitting program and emergency contact information:

International Programs at TAMU (Study Abroad Programs)

  • Students submit their "Emergency Contact Forms" (This form is only for students participating in an international experience NOT conducted through Study Abroad. The student should printout a copy of the form to be given to the program coordinator)
